Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and zspark ai llc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of AI Image To Video, and govern your access to and use of aiimage2.video and the AI Image To Video service.

Agreement and eligibility

By using AI Image To Video, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. People who do not meet both requirements may not register, purchase, or use account features. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

AI Image To Video provides tools that turn written prompts and supported source media into generated images or video. Available models, controls, processing times, Credit costs, storage periods, and output characteristics may vary. We may add, change, suspend, or remove service features as the service and its providers evolve.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your authentication method secure. Provide accurate account information, do not share access in a way that compromises the service, and notify [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your prompts, uploads, and outputs

You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts and source media you submit. You grant zspark ai llc and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, and support the service or comply with law. This license does not authorize public display or advertising use of your private content.

Your rights in generated output depend on applicable law, third-party rights, and any plan-specific terms presented when you obtain access. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content and for how you use generated output. Generated output may resemble existing people, places, styles, or works and may not be unique. The service does not guarantee that an output is protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for a particular use.

Acceptable use

You may use AI Image To Video for lawful, general-audience creative work. You must not:

submit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or abusive content;
request, upload, create, or distribute sexually explicit content or other material that is not suitable for a general audience;
create or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, or violates another person’s consent, dignity, or intimate privacy;
use another person’s likeness, voice, or private media without necessary consent, or create deceptive impersonations or deepfakes;
misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence or hide its synthetic origin when that would materially mislead others;
infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
generate content intended to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, violence, or harassment;
bypass access controls, Credit accounting, rate limits, or security measures;
probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its providers;
distribute malware or use the service to facilitate fraud or harassment; or
resell access or automate high-volume use unless expressly authorized.

We may reject a request, restrict access to or remove prompts, uploads, and generated content from an account, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe this is needed to enforce these rules, protect people, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. We may act without advance notice when prompt action is needed; where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support for review. Removing content after a completed generation does not itself create a refund. Credits are charged only according to the service's final settlement rules; an uncompleted or released reservation is not a final Credit deduction. These rules do not limit refunds or remedies required by law or our Refund Policy.

AI service limitations

Generation is probabilistic. Outputs, processing times, model availability, resolution, duration, and Credit cost may change with the selected model and published controls. Review outputs before relying on them. AI Image To Video is not intended for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.

Credits, plans, and payments

Credits are closed-loop service units that can be used only for eligible AI Image To Video generation requests. They are not money, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be redeemed for cash except through an eligible purchase refund or where required by law. The price, currency, Credit grant, renewal interval, included capabilities, and payment availability shown at Checkout govern a purchase. Applicable taxes are shown at Checkout.

For monthly and annual subscriptions, subscription Credits are allocated for each monthly Credit period during the paid subscription. Unused subscription Credits expire at the end of that monthly Credit period and do not carry forward; an annual payment does not grant the entire year's Credits at once. Separately purchased one-time Credit packs do not expire and remain available after a subscription ends. They are reduced by final consumption or reversal of the corresponding purchase after an approved refund or chargeback. An account restriction may prevent use while it is in place; unused paid Credits will be handled under applicable law.

Payments are processed by the provider identified during Checkout. AI Image To Video does not intend to store full payment-card details. When a recurring plan is offered, it renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you complete Checkout. You can cancel future renewal through the account controls made available on the Billing page or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current paid period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

After a payment is confirmed, the associated Credits or subscription entitlement is made available to the purchasing account. AI Image To Video does not ship physical goods. Payment confirmation or fraud review may delay digital delivery.

Service changes and availability

Models, providers, controls, pricing, Credit costs, storage periods, and features may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security response, or events outside reasonable control. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.

AI Image To Video intellectual property

AI Image To Video, including its software, interface, brand, graphics, and service content other than user submissions and generated outputs, is owned by zspark ai llc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant permission to use AI Image To Video’s names, logos, or technology except as necessary to use the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, zspark ai llc and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a limitation stated here, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless zspark ai llc and its service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted content, your use or distribution of generated output, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Communications and support

You agree that account, transaction, policy, and service notices may be provided electronically through the service or the email address associated with your account. Questions and notices can be sent to [email protected].

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and any notice required by law. Continuing to use the service after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
